Very friendly staff at the reception. . Small but very fine wellness area. . Very good breakfast buffet even with Prosecco. Beautiful hall/conservatory.

The hotel room was wonderful and comfy with updated bathrooms, a balcony, and a new bath tub. Truly enjoyed the restaurant, the breakfast was delicious and excellent. the venue was set in the central position, a short walk to the mountains, the location next to the station, close to the center, and the train station in Wengen.

The location is top and the staff, especially at the reception, is great and super nice.
Bain Marie did not work - scrambled eggs were cold. Cold cuts and cheese platters almost all broken. (cover loose)
